The Paria platform walk, marking the second anniversary of the Paria Diving Tragedy, was held under the auspices of Rudranath Indarsingh, Member of Parliament for Couva South. The event was attended by families and friends of the deceased divers, as well as members of the Oilfields Workers’ Trade Union (OWTU), Aldermen, Councillors, and other Members of Parliament, all standing in solidarity with the bereaved.
