Yet the violent crime crisis continues to spiral out of control because of ongoing implementation and operational deficits due to an incompetent Minister of National Security. 1546 people have been murdered in 1007 days under Fitzgerald Hinds, an average of one person every 16 hours. Rowley’s unremorseful continuation with incompetent Hinds as minister has now moved from gross negligence to an act of purposeful evil being committed against the population.
The country is in a state of anarchy, citizens are terrified and living in their own personal states of emergency. In contrast to the brutal reality facing regular unarmed and unprotected citizens, Ministers of Government and their families continue to enjoy life under heavily armed, taxpayer funded security.

Fitzgerald Hinds was appointed Minister of National Security on April 21st 2021. Today, 22nd January 2024 marks 1007 days since that most negligent appointment was made.
His term as Minister has seen a terrifying increase in bloody and violent crimes of all types. Some facts are, that during Hinds current tenure as Minister of National Security:
1. 1546 people have been murdered in 1007 days.
2. 1 person is murdered every 16 hours on average.
3. 45 murders are the monthly average.
4. 605 reported murders in 2022 was the highest annual murder total in our nation’s history.
5. 575 reported murders in 2023 was the second highest annual murder total in our nation’s history.
6. 681 people were reported missing in 2022.
7. 673 people were reported missing in 2023.
8. 1 person is reported missing every 12 hours on average.
9. Brutally violent home invasions where citizens are beaten and tortured occur every day.
10.Robberies, rapes, woundings and shootings have besieged the nation.
11.Kidnappings for ransom have restarted.
12.Extortion of business owners by criminal gangs and rogue police officers is out of control.
Rowley’s unremorseful continuation with incompetent Hinds as Minister has now moved from gross negligence to an act of purposeful evil being committed against the population.
How many more of our loved ones must be murdered, raped, robbed or go missing before the incompetent Minister Hinds is removed? Keith Rowley must move immediately to remove Hinds and replace him with a competent Minister.
